At Pilates Recipe, everyone is required to have a Private Introductory session. During this session we will gain your health and fitness history, go through a movement and posture assessment, and establish your own movement goals. We will then go though the principles of Pilates and start to teach you the basics. You may then choose to continue with Private sessions, find a partner for Duet Sessions or join a group class.
